The Nations is a growing International Church community bringing together a rich diversity of people from around the world and South Korea.
Since its inception in March 2006 these 5 statements have best defined The Nations:
1. Our Vision Statement
To demonstrate God’s love by valuing people and bringing them into relationship with Jesus so that every Believer can find FREEDOM in Christ, STRENGTH through the power of the Holy Spirit and the fulfilment of their God-given PURPOSE
So since the beginning this has been the goal – to reach out with the gospel of Jesus Christ to people who are lost in sin and away from God, raise disciples of Jesus and equip them to be laborers of the gospel
2. International Church
The Nations is a church of people from the nations and to the nations – a place where people from every tongue, tribe and nation can worship and serve Jesus Christ together
3. MountainChild
Is at the core of who we are as a church – highly effective and long term missions initiatives reaching the un-reached of the Himalayas with the gospel of Jesus Christ
4. Unified Diversity
People from many different nations, cultures and church backgrounds being joined together by God, embracing our diversity and uniting around God’s purposes.
5. Christ Centered
The Nations is a miraculous mosaic created by God, focused completely on Jesus Christ and placing Him at the center of all we are and do
We believe in the revolutionary power of the gospel in the lives of those who will embrace it with their whole heart – it gives us an overwhelming passion for God and for people to know Him personally.
